Who Am I?
I’m your typical first time mom. I google everything, I know all the “rules”, take a million pictures a day, boil binkies and annoy the heck out of our pediatrician with all of my “research”.
In my former life, I was a children’s pastor for 13 years. Children have always been a passion of mine and through that I discovered a passion for helping moms – long before I ever became one. Also, while on what was supposed to be a small hiatus from church ministry I worked with kids (of course) for a few months as a nanny. (This was just before I got to live my dream of working at Sephora!)
I now stay home with my son while managing my blog.
In May of 2015, as I was just weeks from giving birth to my first baby I realized something… I needed to be a writer. Not as a hobby but as my career. It’s the one thing I’ve wanted to be since I could remember. Now that I was going to be a mom it became very real to me that I couldn’t let them dream go unachieved.
